Morning Meditation Social

Guided Mediation

Start your day off right. Shake off your Monday blues, focus your intentions for the week or spark some creativity. Begin your day focused, centered, and connected. Come join us for a morning of breathing, meditation and breakfast at MNDFL's studio in Greenwich Village. A guided meditation starts 7:15am (DON'T BE LATE) and runs 30 minutes. Afterwards, it's stress-relieving tea, nutrient-rich juices, healthy breakfast snacks and creative conversation with other NYCIC members. Price includes class + breakfast. No prior meditation experience needed.
