About this Event

Studios are the newly fused marriage of Venture Capital Firms and Startup Founders.

Usually, startup founders decide if they want to give equity to a venture firm but what happens when it’s the venture firm starting the company and deciding which founder they want to give equity to?

“Studios are company builders. They solve real problems by matching great business ideas with proven entrepreneurs and then they take those ideas, test them, and back them with funding, along with a set of defined resources, in order to launch and grow powerful startups ready to scale.“ - GSSN, The Global Startup Studio Network

In this deep dive discussion, expect to learn about different studio models, the stories of how they started, what they do that's different than the rest, where they see this field evolving into, and of course, hear about the companies that are coming out of them!
